Groworth has always been known to trace the pulse of its clients and has provided them with investment opportunities of their interest and expectations. The company has been seeking for diversifying options for some time now and has always kept the interest of its clients as priority. Years of contact with our NRI clients have enlightened us about the taxation problems they face when they come back to India.
We, therefore, took it upon ourselves to become the navigator to all our NRI clients with their Taxation and regulatory compliance requirements, establishing an exclusive service that offers Trust, Expertise and above all, peace of mind to our NRI clients.

Armed with the experience of personal engagement with thousands of NRIs for over a decade with a keen sense of customer needs and opportunity, Mr. Sandeep Ghadge brings vision, ethos and passion to Groworth. He has been a pioneer in establishing a real connect for NRIs with opportunities back home that at one point seemed too distant and complicated.
Sandeep Ghadge started his career at an early age of 21 years with Eureka Forbes, immediately after completing bachelor of commerce. Being a natural at his job, he went on to become the youngest sales manager in the company in an impressive span of just 2 years. After completion of 5 years at the company, he started his own business of marketing consumer durables.
Keen observation during his early years made him realise the potential in the real estate market and he got into the business of real estate very soon. After a handful of successful projects and pleased customers over the years in India, he pioneered the idea of selling real estate to NRI’s. He started with UAE in 2005 and by 2008, had a massive clientele in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. He went on to further expand their reach to other gulf countries such as Oman, Qatar, Bahrain Etc.
His interactions with thousands of NRI’s during the years, gave him insight into the problems faced by NRI’s regarding tax laws and compliance in India. They expressed their grievances over absence of awareness about the ever-changing Indian Tax Laws and even worse, no consultants to help them out as there is no direct tax in UAE.
With this in mind, he decided to venture into providing Taxation and FEMA consultancy to NRI’s and tied up with a team of chartered accountants. Since then, he along with his team has been catering to thousands of NRI’s for taxation services. With future plans of getting into legal, insurance and wealth management services his aim is to provide the NRI’s with a comprehensive service without
having to worry about anything back home.

CA Ashish Shahu
CA Ashish Shahu is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with an experience of over 12 years in the profession in good standing. He carries expertise in various domains of Income Tax, NRI Taxation, FEMA, Audit Accounting, and Management Consultancy.Mr. Ashish is one of the founding members of Groworth’s NRI Tax Services and has been associated with the company since 2012. Mr. Ashish currently heads a team of Chartered Accountants delivering various services to our NRI clients globally. Mr. Ashish has also delivered several presentations on NRI Taxation and FEMA compliance.
Mr. Ashish has a keen understanding of various difficulties confronted by NRIs for compliance in Taxation and FEMA. CA Rohi Kathal
CA Rohi Kathal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a commerce graduate. A veteran of over 12 years, CA Rohi Kathal brings in expertise beyond Taxation and FEMA.At Groworth it is our endeavor to assist our members with all financial matters in addition to Income Tax and FEMA compliance. CA Rohi Kathal provides expert advice in broad ranging subjects such as Investment Advisory, Wealth Management, Financial Management and Retirement Planning.

CA Shivanee Ghadge
A chartered accountant and company secretary by the age of 22, Ms. Shivanee Ghadge is one of the founding members of Groworth NRI Taxation Services.Ms. Shivanee has extensive knowledge of FEMA and Income tax laws applicable to NRIs and has been instrumental in establishing our services in UAE by communicating with clients and educating them on Indian tax compliance requirements.
Having worked with one of India’s largest mutual fund houses – ICICI Prudential in Portfolio Management Services, Ms. Shivanee brings in unparalleled dynamism with her expertise in fund management for private equity investors and wealth management. Ms. Shivanee has therefore proven to be a great asset for Groworth in our quest for diversification into Wealth Management services.
Despite her primary engagement working with a multinational bank in Mumbai, Ms. Shivanee has maintained strong commitment to Growroth’s NRI services and regularly advises on the ever-changing regulatory framework applicable to NRIs.
